BACKGROUND
Derived from the word ‘Arise’, the Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as: 1) to begin to occur or to exist-to come into being or to attention, 2) to get up or stand up (RISE), and 3) to move upward. This encapsulates the essence of our mission at ARIZE Enterprises LLC-to empower and facilitate individuals, groups, businesses and organizations to arise to their identity, reach their full potential and growth, achieve goals, and carve out unique paths to viable success.
ARIZE was born out of the founder’s journey of rising to their purpose, and the desire to help others do the same. Our organization brings extensive industry experience in corporate, federal and state government, higher education, youth services, non-profit, entertainment, financial services, and real estate.
With 20 years of successful, progressive leadership and management experience combined with a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carlson School of Management (U of MN), a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification, and a Certified Narrative Coach Practitioner (ICF accredited program)-rest assured you are in qualified, capable hands! Beyond the founder’s leadership outlined above, our overall experience collectively spans over 30 years in various areas including, but not limited to: operations, human resources, training, coaching, consulting, senior management, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, digital and physical accessibility, career and workforce development, community and civic engagement, higher and technical education administration, K-12, real estate, and artist/road management.

Contractual Services: Those in need of ‘fill-in’ services or bundling packages, providing flexible solutions to meet your needs.
Individuals/Professionals: If you are feeling stuck in career or life, in transition, facing difficulties, in need of transformational coaching, or a neurodiverse person seeking tools to navigate your world, ARIZE can help. We help individuals examine self-defeating or self-sabotaging narratives, and reclaim their victories!
Students: With twelve years experience in higher and postsecondary education administration, we understand the needs of diverse learners. If you need coaching to explore career pathways or which direction to go in your studies, we can assist. If you are a learner with a disability or neurodiverse, ARIZE can also help guide you including reasonable accommodation options.
Leaders: If you are a leader in transition, facing business challenges, or simply trying ascertain who you are as a leader and solidify your leadership style; our narrative coaching or consulting services empower and provide support in these areas.
Managers: If you manage an employee with a disability, and need coaching or consulting on how to effectively and compliantly work with them-we can help.
Businesses, Educational Institutions, Nonprofits and Government Agencies: On the consulting side, we specialize in areas such as ADA and FMLA compliance, reasonable accommodation planning, developing accessible job postings and position descriptions, leadership development, and other areas of human resources. If your organization lacks the staff or expertise, ARIZE can collaborate to fill in the gaps. In terms of coaching, we can coach employees within your organization in the areas of career, leadership, productivity, or if facing challenges.
Accessibility Advocates: If your organization is ready to embrace and implement digital and/or physical accessibility (or aspects of it), ARIZE can guide you through this or connect you with the right resources. Or you may just need us to partner with your mission providing a la carte services, such as developing a disability-inclusive and compliant job posting, communications, or events.

Transformational Narrative Coaching-what is it?
Transformation starts from deep within. A narrative is a spoken or written account of connected events; a story. Narrative coaching helps you to see and hear the stories at play within your life, wether positive or negative. It goes beyond the surface and helps clients to refine or reshape their stories, and shift perspectives. Understanding behaviors and narratives are keys to breakthrough and lasting change. We empower and equip individuals and groups to imagine, to create, to design, and to pilot this change within themselves and their external environments. We are here to help you move forward and upward with proven tools, models, insights, and resources to build confidence and achieve envisioned outcomes.
