ARIZE Enterprises LLC is a coaching and consulting firm specializing in career, leadership, and transformational narrative coaching as well as consulting focused on accessibility services, ADA compliance management, and specialized areas of human resources.

COACHING SERVICES:

1. Career Coaching: We provide 1:1 and group coaching to help individuals, professionals and students explore career options, design their dream careers, make informed decisions about their professional future, or advance and transition smoothly into new roles or industries. This specific coaching encompasses career exploration, design, onboarding, transition, advancement, and offboarding.
2. Leadership Coaching: Designed to assist emerging leaders and empower existing leaders through a narrative lense with strategies they need to promote into leadership roles, garner trust, lead effectively, and drive their teams towards success.
3. Transformational Coaching: For those that feel stuck, lost, in identity crisis, in transition, or need help navigating life’s challenges, this narrative coaching empowers individuals and groups to examine and reshape their stories. It takes a deeper dive into how clients perceive themselves, their behaviors, and the world around them to achieve breakthrough, make lasting changes, and arise to purpose.

CONSULTING SERVICES (mostly outside of MN only):

1. Accessibility (excluding web): We provide consultation on how to make physical spaces, digital tools, and events more accessible to people with limitations.
2. ADA Compliance Management: We help businesses and government agencies work towards maintaining compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and helping cultivate inclusive, supportive environments for employees and the public.
3. Neurodivergence Awareness: We offer consulting, coaching, and training on how to support and accommodate neurodiverse employees and students.
4. Human Resources: We offer consulting and contractual services in specialized areas of human resources such as ADA reasonable accommodation and leave management, helping organizations manage their employees effectively and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Work with MN organizations except surrounding ADA.

OUR FOCUS: ARIZE Enterprises focuses on coaching and consulting individuals, groups, small-to-mid sized businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies that may lack the staff or expertise in these specialized areas.
